The 2007-2008 cheerleaders are Rosie, Mireya, Kim, Griselda, Kelli , Dolores. Our 2007-2008 High Mascot is Ashley.
The high school Cheerleading sponsor is Megan Mitchell. 
The longhorn cheerleaders attended a UCA camp at San Angelo State. The Varsity squad received several Excellent ribbons for their evaluations on cheers and dance. The cheerleaders have pumped up the team and the crowd.  They have worked extremely hard this year.

Our 2007-2008 Twirler, Rachael,  attended camp at San Angelo State in July.  Her sponsor is the band director Eric Higgins. She was honored with the Fighting Heart award and won the Solo Championship at camp.  She also earned a Division I rating and will be competing in the state competition.  Great job Rachael!
